We're looking for caregivers who are compassionate, resilient, and committed to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Please take a few minutes to answer our screening questions honestly.
About This Role
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at ROHC Day Services provide daily care, community inclusion activities, and life skills support to adults with IDD. This work is meaningful, physically and emotionally demanding, and requires genuine compassion — not just a paycheck.
Before you begin
- Each question has a 2-minute response window.
- Answer honestly — there are no "right or wrong" answers. We're looking for your real thoughts.
- You cannot go back to previous questions once submitted.
